Your role includes discharge planning and patient education to enhance overall functioning and reduce discomfort. Responsibilities: + Serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and residents. + Perform assessments, treatments, and supervise PTAs for patients of all ages. + Develop and adjust care plans based on patient response. + Document all services rendered and co-sign PTA documentation. + Provide home instructions to patients and families. + Schedule patients to maintain productivity standards.
