Schedule: Weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Rotating Weekend & Holiday Coverage
Setting: Outpatient (Weekdays) & Inpatient (Weekends/Holidays)

 Work Schedule Highlights:

Weekdays: Outpatient coverage, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekends: Inpatient coverage on a rotating basis (every 8–9 weeks) Holidays: Rotating inpatient coverage, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas

 What You’ll Do:

As a Staff Physical Therapist, you’ll:

Review patient charts and perform initial assessments Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapy Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed Provide patient education and discharge planning Communicate with physicians and the care team to ensure coordinated care

 Additional Responsibilities:

Serve as a clinical instructor for PT students, residents, or fellows Maintain licensure through ongoing professional development Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and collaborate on care plans Rotate through treatment areas as needed to support team coverage Document all services and maintain accurate patient records Provide home exercise instructions and education to patients and families Attend staff meetings and participate in in-service training
