What you’ll do 

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, while addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs. 

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of orthopedic patients, (total joints, post-op patients, sprains, strains) general weakness and neurologic conditions of all ages.

Play a critical collaborative role in communication with entire medical team.  

Provide quality patient and family education and actively contribute to long-term success.


What we are looking for 

Current Montana physical therapy license -or- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with the ability to obtain a Montana physical therapy license within 30 days of hire. 

Current HS AED CPR certification. 

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a team. 

Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
