Physical Security Analyst

Physical Security Analyst to oversee all aspects of physical security operations across our Costa Rica facilities (HER & TUN). This pivotal role involves managing our security guard staff, ensuring robust daily security inspections, and coordinating shifts to maintain comprehensive coverage. You will be responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and contract management of our PACS and CCTV systems, alongside providing essential support to new hires and collaborating with local law enforcement. This position demands a proactive leader who can enhance our security posture through training, assessments, and project assistance, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.

What you’ll do

Manage Costa Rica security guard staff, including daily rounds, shift coordination, and training for HER & TUN.Oversee and maintain PACS and CCTV systems and their service contracts for both sitesManage badge supplies and printing for Costa Rica (HER & TUN).Conduct security onboarding for new hires at HER & TUN.Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcementProvide physical security support to HR and Facilities leadership teams.Act as an EHS Leader, including training and leading emergency response brigades.Conduct physical security assessments, penetration testing, and assist with CR audits.Execute Purchase Orders (POs) for CR & CAM and process WorkDay onboarding tasks.Manage parking requests, participate in weekly PSOC meetings, and prepare monthly Physical Security Snapshots.Assist with Costa Rica security projects and drive technology enhancements.


What experience you need 

High School DiplomaFluency in English, both written and verbal, is highly desirable for effective communication1 year of Demonstrated ability to manage and lead security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.1 year of experience in managing vendor contracts for security services and hardware maintenance.1 year of administrative experience, including purchase order execution and managing onboarding processes.Travel availability and driver license and personal vehicle


What could set you apart

Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Access Control Systems (PACS) and CCTV monitoring systems.Experience in developing and implementing security awareness programs (e.g., "See Something, Say Something" initiatives). Proficiency in conducting physical security assessments and contributing to audit processes.A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to take on unforeseen duties (UDFs) and evolving security challenges.Strong analytical skills for identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective security enhancements.
