This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionControl Stock avaliable according production plan in daily, Accuracy physical stock compare with system.Lead activities which related to physical logistics e.g. Milk run route, Material flow, Maintain 5S activities.Work with related function to follow up, update and closed OPLs relate with shopfloor on 1st due date.Daily tracking complain from production departmentwith alert and solve if abnormal occurance.Create work instruction, manage work load for each process with balance to shop flooor operation.Implement Time and cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse activities.Setup maintenance plan and predictive maintenance with complete follow up on time.Training and enforcing New BOSCH system usage in s Warehouse.Other assignment from supervisor and Sr.Physical material flow Proxy in special case.

Qualifications

Education Background:

Bachelor's degree in logistics and related filed or high vocational in related field.

Qualifications:

Fair command of English.Experience in logistic or planning is advance, Logical thinking,Continuouse improvement idea, SAP basic knowledge.SAP knowledge.Make a correct process to improve future performance.Negotiation and coordination skill.Self-leading to complete responsible task.Basic problem solving skill.Owner job function knowledge.Decision making in own task area.Understand KANBAN concept.People Management.
