Job Description Insight Global is looking for two Physical IC Design Engineers to join a leading semiconductor company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position involves working with the latest technology to continue driving next generation Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning ecosystems through their PCIe Switch Products – and managing mega datacenters, while leading world class performance, through their Enterprise Storage Products. More specifically, this position will require in-depth knowledge and expertise in all Physical Design aspects of taking RTL to silicon tape-out. Skills and Requirements - 8-15 years of experience with Physical IC Design for tape out - 8+ years of experience with Physical Design, Synthesis, Physical Verification, and Timing Closure - 8+ years of TCL/PERL Scripting experience - Experience with EM/IR Analysis - Experience with Setup and Synthesizing RTL - Proficiency in related EDA Tools - Full physical design cycle experience: RTL to Tape-out - Bachelor’s degree required (preferably Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering but can be flexible with right work experience) -Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Experience in multiple tape outs + Semiconductor industry null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
