This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV.)

Job Requirements:

High School DiplomaPhlebotomy Certification from an accredited agencyStates of CA & NV – must have phlebotomy license in your statePerform Blood collections on all age groupsProvide excellent customer service skills to our patients Proficient data entry experience Partner in Patient Care Excellent communication skills written and verbal

Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent.Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington. 

Work Experience

One year phlebotomy experience preferred.Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.Keyboard/data entry experience.
