How you’ll contribute A phlebotomist who excels in this role: Specimen labeling, ordering, accessioning, and processing. Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques. What we’re looking for: *Minimum Education* High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. *Minimum Work Experience* Phlebotomist I New graduate/Less than 3 years of experience Phlebotomist II Minimum of 3 years of experience *Required Skills* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
