Job Title: Phlebotomist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join a busy patient service center in St George. The role involves performing blood draws on-site, handling data entry, processing specimens, and preparing labs for shipment. The facility sees approximately 100-150 patients daily, requiring the ability to perform 30-40 draws per day independently. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager for growth opportunities. Responsibilities + Perform 30-40 blood draws daily without assistance. + Handle data entry related to specimen processing. + Prepare specimens and labs for shipment. + Administer a full menu of testing. + Rotate duties between front desk, patient service, and other testing areas. Essential Skills + Phlebotomy + Blood draw + Venipuncture + 6+ months of clinical phlebotomy experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + Graduate of a phlebotomy school or program preferred. + Hospital or outpatient lab experience strongly preferred. + Knowledge of testing menu preferred. Work Environment The work environment is a thriving national outpatient setting offering long-term opportunities. The position requires a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Employees are expected to wear scrubs and closed-toe shoes, with lab coats provided.+ Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.75/hr.
