Job Description
Join a dynamic patient service center where you will perform blood draws on-site for a bustling facility that accommodates 100-150 patients daily. You must be comfortable with handling 30-40 blood draws a day independently, along with data entry, specimen processing, and preparing labs for shipment. The role involves administering a full menu of testing and rotating between front desk duties, patient service, and other testing areas. We are seeking proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented candidates eager for growth.
ResponsibilitiesPerform 30-40 blood draws daily without assistance.Conduct data entry and specimen processing.Prepare labs for shipment.Administer a comprehensive menu of testing.Rotate duties between front desk, patient service, and testing areas.Essential SkillsPhlebotomy and blood draw expertise.Venipuncture skills.6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsGraduation from a phlebotomy school or program preferred.Hospital or outpatient lab experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of testing menu preferred.Phlebotomy certification is a plus.Plasma experience augmented by traditional phlebotomy experience.Work Environment
Work in a thriving national outpatient setting with hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. Scrubs and closed-toe shoes are required, and lab coats will be provided.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
