Job Title: PhlebotomistMUST HAVE + Phlebotomy certification is preferred but not required. + 6+ months hands on phlebotomy experience in hospital or outpatient lab settings + Plasma experience should be supplemented by traditional phlebotomy experience. + Knowledge of testing menu is preferred. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our busy patient service center located in Ogden. You will be responsible for performing blood draws on-site, managing data entry, processing specimens, and preparing labs for shipment. This position involves administering a comprehensive range of tests and rotating between the front desk, patient service, and various testing roles. We are looking for proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented candidates eager to grow in their careers. Responsibilities + Perform 30-40 blood draws daily without assistance. + Execute data entry and specimen processing tasks. + Prepare labs for shipment efficiently. + Administer a full menu of testing procedures. + Rotate between front desk duties, patient service tasks, and other testing responsibilities. Essential Skills + Phlebotomy and blood draw expertise. + Venipuncture skills. + Completion of a phlebotomy school or program is preferred. + At least 6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience. Work Environment This position is set in a thriving national outpatient setting offering long-term opportunities. You will work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. The dress code includes scrubs and closed-toe shoes, with lab coats provided. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
