Join our family. + Benefits from Day One + Competitive Shift Differentials + Career Development + Tuition Reimbursement + On Site Fitness Center (Gottlieb Memorial Hospital & LUMC) + Referral Rewards The phlebotomist uses approved techniques to collect quality biological samples for laboratory testing from all patient populations (pediatric through geriatric); and performs electrocardiograms (EKG's) for cardiology interpretation, all while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying the service excellence goals of care, concern, respect and cooperation Obtains blood specimens by skin puncture or venipuncture using appropriate technique, which maintains the quality integrity of the specimen to ensure valid test results. Correctly performs and transmits electrocardiograms for interpretation.
