Job Title: PhlebotomistJob Description

We are seeking a skilled phlebotomist to join our team in Goodyear. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing in a doctor's office setting.

ResponsibilitiesCollect and receive biological specimens into the department.Properly enter specimens into the company’s computer system.Prepare samples for analytical testing and/or distribute specimens to the appropriate analytical area.Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.Follow the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills1 or more years of prior phlebotomy experience (donor, plasma, and MA phlebotomy does not qualify).Comfortable working independently.Proficient in blood draw, specimen collection, laboratory procedures, and phlebotomy.GED or high school diploma required.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in specimen processing and patient care is preferred.The candidate should not be a previous employee for this project.
Work Environment

The role is based within a doctor's office, working closely with physicians and medical assistants. The position is full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday. The company offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth, including a career ladder for advancement to Phleb Tech 2 after six months, accompanied by a 4% pay increase. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
