Job Description

Perform phlebotomy in a hospital setting, serving both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Responsibilities

Conduct blood draws and phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages, primarily adults.Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations.Collect and process patient information accurately.Provide excellent customer service to patients.Ensure the proper labeling and processing of blood samples.

Work Environment

The position requires driving to multiple sites including Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. The shift is from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, four days a week with 10-hour shifts, and includes a rotating schedule with one Saturday shift per month (half day). The work takes place in a fast-paced hospital setting, mainly dealing with adult patients (25-40 patients), serving both inpatients and outpatients in their rooms. Employees must work one major holiday per year, chosen from Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, or the 4th of July. There are opportunities for growth and further training programs available for promotions and increased pay.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.43 - $23.51/hr.
