Job Title: Phlebotomist

Schedule: Monday to Friday // 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Join our team as a Phlebotomist, where precision, care, and compassion come together. You'll be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens through venipuncture and skin punctures following strict protocols to ensure quality samples for accurate diagnostic testing. This role requires a detail-oriented professional committed to excellence in specimen handling and administrative processing to support efficient laboratory operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSafely perform blood draws and skin punctures in accordance with best practicesEnsure specimens are properly collected, labeled, and preserved for reliable lab resultsAccurately log and process samples using established laboratory proceduresSupport specimen integrity through vigilant handling and transportation protocolsManage front-end clerical tasks such as labeling, data entry, and sample trackingRequired Skills & ExperienceProficiency in venipuncture and phlebotomy techniquesFamiliarity with specimen collection procedures and medical office workflowsMinimum of one year of hands-on phlebotomy experienceStrong attention to detail and patient-centered communication

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
