Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist, referred to as a Medical Assistant, who will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience. This position involves working closely with physicians to provide exceptional care, engaging with patients daily, and being an integral part of a collaborative team.
ResponsibilitiesRooming patients and obtaining vitals.Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection.Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient charts.Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.Assisting physicians during procedures such as saline sonograms and IUIs.Work Environment
The position is based in Portland, OR, with a Monday through Friday schedule (5x8) and start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Weekend rotation is required once or twice a month, and holiday rotation is required a few times a year. The work environment includes a traditional clinic with patient examination rooms, an ambulatory surgery center, and an embryology/IVF lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The facility fosters a supportive and innovative atmosphere, prioritizing patient-centric care.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
