Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to perform blood draws on-site at a bustling patient service center that accommodates approximately 100-150 patients daily. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling 30-40 draws per day independently, and will also be responsible for data entry, specimen processing, and preparing labs for shipment. The role involves administering a comprehensive menu of tests and rotating between front desk duties, patient service, and other testing responsibilities. We are looking for proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individuals who are eager for growth opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws on-site, handling 30-40 draws per day without assistance.Conduct data entry and specimen processing.Prepare labs for shipment.Administer a full menu of testing.Rotate between front desk duties, patient service, and other testing responsibilities.Essential SkillsProficiency in phlebotomy and blood draw techniques.Experience with venipuncture.Graduate of a phlebotomy school or program preferred.6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience required.Hospital or outpatient lab experience strongly preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsPhlebotomy certification preferred but not required.Knowledge of testing menu preferred.Plasma experience augmented by traditional phlebotomy experience.Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic, with schedules tracked for each site. Staff is required to wear scrubs and closed-toe shoes, and lab coats will be provided. There are multiple openings across various sites, including busy centers with pediatric patients, well-staffed locations supporting trainees, slower-paced settings, and busier sites that require attention to detail and adaptability. Each site offers a unique setting and challenges, providing a great opportunity to gain experience in a thriving national outpatient environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.75/hr.
