What You’ll Do:
+ Perform30–40 blood draws dailyusing both butterfly and straight needles with precision and care.
+ Accurately document and update patient records in our internal system.
+ Support additional lab tasks likeaccessioning(training provided).
+ Deliverexceptional customer serviceto every patient, every time.
+ Tackle light data entry tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring:
+ Prior experience as aPhlebotomist or Medical Assistantin a high-volume setting.
+ Confidence with butterfly and straight needles, and knowledge of various gauges.
+ Familiarity with EMR systems and strong data entry skills.
+ A passion for patient care and a calm, professional demeanor.
Bonus Points For:
+ Experience withaccessioning.
+ Flexibility to work weekends.
+ Phlebotomy certification (not required).
+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Brand new, high-energy facility inFairfield County.
+ Work schedule:
+ Mon–Thurs:8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Fri:7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
+ Alt. Schedule:Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
