Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to perform blood collection procedures and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages
+ Verify patient identity and ensure proper specimen labeling and handling
+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA compliance protocols
+ Collaborate with lab staff and healthcare teams to ensure timely sample processing
+ Provide compassionate care and help patients feel at ease during procedures
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
+ Phlebotomy certification preferred (e.g., ASCP, NHA, NCCT)
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Experience with EMR systems and lab software a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
