What You’ll DoAs a Phlebotomist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely specimen collection and handling across all age groups. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing venipuncture and capillary blood collections with confidence and careCollecting specimens for special tests (e.g., drug screening, paternity, alcohol testing)Handling specimen labeling, centrifugation, aliquoting, and storage per test requirementsAccurately entering patient data and maintaining detailed documentationEnsuring all requisitions and sample identifiers match preciselyMaintaining compliance with OSHA, DEP, and HIPAA standardsDelivering superior service to patients and clinic staff with a professional demeanorPerforming basic billing and payment collection procedures when neededSupporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as necessaryWhat You Bring4+ years of professional experience in phlebotomyMastery of venipuncture techniques and specimen processing protocolsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic record systemsDetail-oriented mindset with an ability to multitask in a high-volume labReliable transportation and punctuality are a mustWhy Join UsCollaborative and supportive team cultureFlexible shift options:Morning Shift: Monday–Thursday 9AM–5PM, Friday 8AM–5PMEvening Shift: Monday–Thursday 4PM–12AMWeekend shifts available on occasion for team coverage90% of your time spent in our dedicated lab; 10% in clinical officesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
