Phlebotomist (Atlanta)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and specimen collections with precision and professionalism for patients across all age groups. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate data entry, specimen handling, and providing excellent service to every patient encounter.
Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screenings, paternity testing, alcohol testing, etc.Enter patient information accurately and promptlyPrepare specimens for testing and laboratory analysisMaintain thorough patient and specimen logsDeliver outstanding customer service with empathy and efficiencySupport with administrative and clerical tasks as neededRequired Skills:
Phlebotomy, Venipuncture, Blood drawSpecimen collectionStrong attention to detail and computer proficiencyQualifications
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years' experience as a PhlebotomistProven ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently and in a team settingAbility to work under minimal supervisionWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when neededPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
