Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description

Join a family practice clinic where you will work independently, performing 15-20 blood draws a day. You may have the opportunity to train at different locations, enhancing your skills and experience.

ResponsibilitiesConduct blood draws and venipuncture procedures accurately and safely.Collect and process specimens following established protocols.Ensure proper order of draw is maintained for all procedures.Provide excellent customer service to patients.Work independently as the sole phlebotomist in an In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) setting.Essential SkillsProficiency in phlebotomy, blood draw, and venipuncture techniques.Ability to collect specimens efficiently and accurately.Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.Phlebotomy certification is required.Comfortable working independently as the sole phlebotomist.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Excellent customer service skills.Work Environment

The position involves working in a family practice clinic setting, where you will be the sole phlebotomist, providing essential services to patients. The role requires a professional approach and adherence to protocols in specimen collection and processing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
