Job Title: Phlebotomist IJob Description We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist with experience in drawing blood from various types of patients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using 21 gauge, 22 gauge, 23 gauge, and 25 gauge needles, with a strong emphasis on 21 gauge needles. A high level of customer service is essential, as the role involves working in a high-volume Patient Service Center. Responsibilities + Perform venipuncture and blood draws using various needle gauges. + Ensure accurate specimen collection and processing. + Deliver exceptional customer service to patients in a high-volume environment. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations. Essential Skills + Proficiency in blood draws and venipuncture techniques. + Experience in phlebotomy and specimen processing. + Strong customer service skills. + Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2 years of experience in an outpatient lab or hospital setting. Work Environment The role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
