Job Summary
The Philadelphia Wings are looking for aspiring sports professionals who are organized, self-motivated, customer oriented, and capable of being adaptable in a fast-paced environment. A qualified candidate should be able to work both independently and within a team, handle multiple projects at once, and achieve objectives set forth by their supervisor and themselves. Candidates selected will be given the opportunity to play a direct role in multiple areas of the Wings’ Ticketing operation, ultimately finishing their internship with credible, tangible experiences to add to their resume.Job Description
Responsibilities
Support daily ticket sales operations, including lead prospecting, customer follow-up, and order fulfillmentAssist with the execution of ticket-related activations and promotionsContribute to the game day experience, including various client services and group ticket execution dutiesUtilize team resources and personal creativity to develop sales programs and personally execute campaigns to drive revenue for the businessRepresent the Wings at community events and networking functions to generate leads, promote the brand, and sell ticketsDeliver top-tier customer service to both current clients and prospective fansAssist in planning, organizing, and executing Season Ticket Member and sales prospecting events,Provide first-class service and supportQualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programReliable transportation to/from the Sports Complex and the broader Greater Philadelphia regionProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working effectively in a fast-paced environmentHighly detail-oriented, self-motivated communicator who follows direction and functions well in a dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassion for sports and entertainmentComcast is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
