Job Description
As a Phased Array Antenna System Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and activities related to the development and maintenance of antenna systems. You will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team to ensure design architecture meets mission requirements and support the development of performance budgets.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain requirements for the Antenna sub-system and associated sub-system units.Perform requirements management activities, including tracing parent and child requirements and requirements justification.Support the development of design architecture and sub-system level performance budgets.Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to converge on a design architecture that meets mission requirements.Generate and maintain verification matrices and detailed test requirements.Develop and maintain build matrices to track all product development hardware.Develop the Assembly, Integration, and Test Plan, and support test activities from planning through to production.Review unit level and system level test data, evaluate non-compliances, and support efforts in automated data post-processing and management.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in antenna system designs, beam forming, and antenna parameters.Experience with antenna testing and facilities associated with radiated tests.Experience in concepts of space and/or ground segment design antenna applications, specification, and integration methodologies.Knowledge in Matlab & Simulink and other simulation tools, as well as DOORS.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Windchill, or Jama.Previous experience in space programs.Experience creating or using models and/or simulation software.Demonstrated capability to work efficiently with little to no supervision.Knowledge of French is considered an asset.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $115.00/hr.
