Pharmacy Technician Excellent Hands-On Experience | Offers Benefits | Sterile Compounding Experience Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infusion Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Roseville, MN. This role is ideal for a pharmacy professional with a strong in sterile compounding and a passion for patient care in a fast-paced infusion setting. Responsibilities + Communicate with patients via phone and respond to inquiries. + Dispense unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IVs, and related supplies. + Perform and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and monitoring tasks in sterile compounding areas. + Collaborate with team members to address pharmacy needs promptly and efficiently. Essential Skills + Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician. + Proven ability to work independently and solve high-stakes problems. + Strong multitasking and workload prioritization skills. + Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification. + Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification. + 1+ years of consistent experience in sterile compounding. + Experience in hospital or home infusion pharmacy settings. Work Environment The role is on-site supporting a team of roughly 15 members. This is a contract position lasting approximately 12 weeks with potential for extension. Working hours are Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
