Pharmacy Technician
Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in the pharmacy operations. You will be responsible for retrieving medication from stock, counting and packaging orders for pharmacist review, maintaining workstations with adequate supplies, removing outdated products from shelves, and assisting with inventory replenishment. Responsibilities + Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification. + Maintain drug inventory and automated dispensing units. + Replenish workstation supplies for filling prescriptions, including vials, caps, and labels. Essential Skills + Washington Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT) + Pharmacy technician certification + Pharmacy/prescription data entry experience + National Pharmacy Technician Certification Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience working in a mail order setting + Experience navigating through Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds + Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks Work Environment The work environment includes a shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Occasional overtime may be requested based on business needs but is not expected. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.50/hr.
