Contacting patients and caregivers to coordinate deliveries and assess supply needs.Picking and packing medical supplies to fulfill patient orders.Dispensing products in our system to generate delivery tickets and prescription labels.Confirming delivery completion and maintaining accurate records.Assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications using safe, compliant techniques.What You BringStrong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.Experience in retail or specialty pharmacy (1–3 years preferred).Active Pharmacy Technician License in Illinois and certification.Solid data entry and prior authorization experience.Work EnvironmentHybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.Training: 6–8 weeks of hands-on support to set you up for success.Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.Flexibility: Remote work is performance-based

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
