Open hours are Mon-Fri 0700-2000 and Sat-Sun 0700-1800, with varying shifts and flexibility to foster work-life balance. *How you will contribute* A Pharmacy Med Rec/Technician who excels in this role: Improves prescribing safety by compiling correct, current medication lists for paiteints adminitted to the hospital. Optimizes the medication reconciliation process for providers. Decreases medication errors by alleviating incomplete or inaccurate mediation history information.
