Alton Memorial offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery services, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24-hour emergency care, ambulance services and more. **Preferred Qualifications** **Role Purpose** Plans and manages the overall clinical, educational, drug use policy and research activities of the department. Provides overall direction to the pharmacy general practice and specialty residency program **Responsibilities** + Directs operations and integrates services within the work unit and with other departments. + Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.
