Manages the daily operations of the Pharmacy to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Reports to: Director of Pharmacy Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Drag Edit Delete Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary. Drag Edit Delete Assists diversion prevention committee with controlled substance monitoring and audits. Drag Edit Delete Serves as Residency Program Coordinator and works with the Residency Program Director to oversee Pharmacy Residency program and Pharmacy Residents.
