The Retail Pharmacy Lead (Pharmacy Manager) role oversees daily operations in the pharmacy and prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory. The Retail Pharmacy Lead provides information to the staff and clinic members on drugs and pharmaceuticals. Directly interacts with patients. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Strong relationship building and provider relations.
