High school diploma or GED. Excellent customer service skills. Typically requires 3 years of customer service experience. Organized and disciplined; strong computer skills. Regularly required to talk or hear. Use the computer and other equipment and reach with hands and arms. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, night vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
