Green Tree Pharmacy is a long term care pharmacy located in Minonk, IL, which currently serves almost 100 long term care facilities. As we continue to expand our services, we are in need of a Long-Term Care Billing Analyst.

Responsibilities: Understand all aspects of Long-Term Care Pharmacy Billing operationsAudit Resident profiles to ensure payment information is accurateManage census actions and reconciliation on a daily basisIndependently complete daily audit reportsResearch and resolve Accounts Receivable questions from families regarding insurance and MedicaidWork closely with internal team members to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintainedEnsure accurate and timely facility invoicingAdjudication/Post Consumption billing Required Experience:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAvailable to work assigned schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, with rotating SaturdaysPreferred Experience:Licensed Pharmacy Technician Experience with Framework and Point Click Care (PCC)Previous Pharmacy experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including moderate functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and PivotTablesBenefits: Competitive compensation DailyPay Paid time off Paid holidays Health insurance for full-time employees Dental insurance for full-time employees Vision insurance for full-time employees Employer-paid life insurance for full-time employees Employee assistance program Voluntary benefit plans offered to full- and part-time employees Retirement plan Wellness program Free continuing education through Relias Great team to work alongside
