We are currently seeking a Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Pharmacovigilance Associate at ICON, you will play a vital role in monitoring and ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical products by collecting, analyzing, and reporting adverse event information. Your attention to detail and understanding of regulatory requirements will be essential in supporting the organization’s commitment to patient safety and compliance. This role is office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria offering 60% office presence and 40% can be remote. **What You Will Be Doing:** • Collecting, reviewing, and processing adverse event reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with regulatory guidelines. • Performing databasing of safety reports for regulatory submissions. • Coding adverse events and medications in accordance with the applicable standard dictionary. • Conducting adverse event follow-up to obtain further information. • Providing input and reviewing relevant safety tracking systems for accuracy and quality. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support safety-related inquiries and investigations. • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices. **Your Profile:** • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or a related area, preferably within a post-marketing or pharmaceutical environment. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data management and analysis. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all pharmacovigilance activities. \#LI-Hybrid \#LI-MK2 **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
