The Clinical Staff Pharmacist performs and/or oversees all accountabilities associated with compounding, dispensing and clinical monitoring of medications for patients. **The value you'll bring to the team:** Demonstrate efficient use of time by minimizing the amount of orders put on hold and delegating tasks to students and technicians whenever possible and appropriate. Assure that a complete review of patient specific parameters is conducted prior to initiating a new medication. Appropriately document all performed clinical interventions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
