The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for optimizing medication therapy, enhancing patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This role involves direct patient care in a hospital setting, requiring strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical practice.

RPH - Registered Pharmacist Current State Pharmacist Licensure required andBCPS - Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist or other BPS specialty preferredRegional Hospital of Scranton is a 186-bed, acute care hospital nationally recognized for quality, especially in the areas of orthopedics, robotic surgery, cardiac care, stroke care, and neurology.
