What You’ll Be DoingLead and mentor pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operationsConduct deep-dive clinical reviews: drug utilization, interactions, compliance, and moreDocument findings to keep nursing teams informed and alignedCounsel patients on new therapies using evidence-based modelsComplete REMS training and follow program SOPsCoordinate care with clinicians, nurses, and caregiversProvide subcutaneous teaching and support for patientsBuild lasting relationships with patients and healthcare teamsWhat You BringActive Kentucky pharmacist license (required)Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure upon hire2+ years of experience counseling patients and verifying prescriptionsExperience in retail, independent, or hospital pharmacyStrong grasp of pharmacy laws and healthcare operationsThe DetailsSchedule: Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM CSTSaturdays: 8–10 per year, 8 AM–5 PM (with a weekday off in exchange)Type: Full-time, Contract-to-HireLocation: Onsite in Shepherdsville, KYReady to Lead with Heart? Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
