**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Rotating Shift **Description:** **Saint Francis Hospital** , a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic, is looking for a full-time Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team in Wilmington, DE! **Schedule:** Full Time, 40hrs/wk. Weekend and Holiday requirements. Per department needs. **:** The Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmacy services to patients, physicians, and co-workers through accepted practices, policies, and legal requirements of federal and state regulations. The Pharmacist will provide clinical support services to support a full range of pharmacy operations. Central pharmacy activities includes reviewing patient profiles at the time of dispensing medications, ensuring prescription directions are appropriate, and other duties related to pharmacist services. As a decentralized Pharmacist, you will work collaboratively with physicians and nurses to provide care to the patient. Daily activities include drug therapy monitoring, provision of drug information and drug distribution activities. You must have strong IV, TPN, and compounding skills, and you must have a winning attitude. All candidates must have flexible hours, and be willing to work some weekends.
