Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day/Evening Shift Role. Primarily day and evening, rotating weekends, 2 holidays per year. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.
QualificationsGraduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. RequiredCompletion of ASHP-accredited residency. PreferredMust provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. RequiredWork Experience Licenses & CertificationsBe eligible or has taken Multi-state Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE) and North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) to become licensed in the State of Illinois.
