**Job Title:** Pharmacist
**Location:** Onsite – **Tulsa, OK**
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Overtime available)
**On-Call:** Alternating weekends and select weekdays – flexibility required
**Licensing Requirement:**
+ Active **Oklahoma Pharmacist License** required
**Preferred Experience:**
+ Prior experience in an **infusion pharmacy** setting is preferred but not required
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed **Pharmacist** to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing patient education, compounding medications—including sterile preparations—and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires flexibility, including participation in a rotating on-call schedule during evenings and weekends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Accurately accept and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and clinical standards
+ Monitor patient medication adherence and identify overuse or misuse patterns
+ Maintain confidential and accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation
+ Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, dosage, storage, and drug interactions
+ Educate patients on medical devices, such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters
+ Provide wellness services, including smoking cessation support and blood pressure or cholesterol monitoring
+ Compound medications for internal and external use, including sterile IV preparations
+ Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks
+ Manage inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies, ensuring compliance with storage and expiration guidelines
+ Identify and resolve drug-related issues and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
+ Collaborate with nurses, physicians, interns, and other pharmacists to support comprehensive patient care
**Qualifications:**
+ **Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)** degree
+ Active license with the **Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy**
+ Strong understanding of sterile compounding and clinical best practices
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
**Compensation Details:**
+ **Shift 2 Differential:** $ 2.50/hour
+ **Shift 3 Differential:** $ 6.00/hour
+ **Overtime (OT):** Calculated at 1.5x the average standard rate across shifts

**Pay Details:** $64.00 to $66.40 per hour
