Clinical Pharmacist – Fort Worth, TX (Closed Door Facility) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM Join our Fort Worth team and help deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, compliance-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct clinical pharmacotherapy reviews and document findings + Counsel patients on new therapies and support treatment adherence + Coordinate care with clinicians and support services + Process and verify prescriptions accurately + Provide subcutaneous teaching and REMS program support + Act as intake lead for new referrals and maintain patient records Requirements: + Active TX Pharmacist license in good standing + 2+ years of experience counseling patients and verifying prescriptions + Previous experience in Medication Therapy Management Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
