What You’ll Do
+ Be the Gatekeeper of Safe Medication Use: Review and verify prescriptions, checking for interactions, allergies, and accuracy.
+ Dispense with Precision: Prepare and deliver medications in all forms—oral, topical, injectable—with meticulous care.
+ Monitor & Optimize Therapies: Track patient responses, adjust dosages, and provide expert pharmacokinetic consultations.
+ Collaborate on Care: Join daily rounds with physicians and nurses to shape personalized treatment plans.
+ Mentor & Lead: Guide pharmacy technicians and interns, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.
+ Manage Inventory Like a Pro: Keep our pharmacy stocked, organized, and ready for anything.
+ Advance the Field: Contribute to research and clinical trials that push the boundaries of pharmaceutical care.
What You Bring
+ Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited program
+ At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or inpatient setting
+ Licensed and in good standing as a pharmacist in the state
+ Deep knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and clinical pharmacotherapy
+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
+ Detail-oriented with top-notch problem-solving abilities
+ Proficiency with EHRs and pharmacy information systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
