Achieve sales targets in the relevant territory on the required basis.Regular visits to pharmacies to ensure product availability within the territory and escalate problems to managers to keep the company's reputation.Close collaboration with distributors to ensure product availability.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Resolve customer (pharmacy) complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.Monitor distributor sales forces and communicate with them as a daily task.Meet call targets while focusing on top customers (usually the best or most influential pharmacies within the territory).
