Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician
Job Title: Filling Technician
Job Description

Join a leading pharmaceutical facility as a Filling Technician on the Aseptic Production Team. With an increase in market demand, we are seeking motivated individuals to support our operations by loading materials, completing electronic batch records, making log book entries, documenting work orders, and conducting process checks to ensure quality. This role requires a tech-savvy mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute to process improvements.

ResponsibilitiesLoad materials and complete electronic batch records.Make log book entries and document work orders.Conduct process checks to ensure quality standards are met.Report and help solve recurring issues on the production line.Provide suggestions for process improvements.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing operations, biotechnology, or related fields.Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Previous experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices, or cosmetics.Strong communication and critical thinking skills.Technically savvy with experience in electronic documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExposure to Bioworks or possession of an Associate's degree in Biotechnology.Experience in environments requiring on-your-feet work such as retail or logistics.Desire to work in the pharmaceutical industry and initiative to learn.Work Environment

The role involves working in a manufacturing environment with a 2-2-3 night shift schedule. Initially, training will be conducted on the day shift, Monday to Friday. The environment can be demanding due to current workload pressures, but offers a supportive team eager to help new members succeed. This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
