Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)Must have high school education or equivalent, with a minimum 2 years pharmaceutical and /or manufacturing experience
Must have ability to get employees to willingly follow instructions in accomplishing a variety of tasks to achieve quality, productivity and safety requirements per SOP's, cGMP's and Plant Procedures.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and perform basic math calculations (i.e. add, subtract, etc.)
Must have ability to learn, understand and apply SOP's, SPC documentation and batch records to all areas of production.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision in performing numerous and varied tasks
Must demonstrate the ability to properly problem solve work-related issues, exercise good judgment/decision making, and effectively work with team members
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Previous experience in cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to work in conditions with exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam, solvents and most product solutions.
Must be able to read and write and follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.
Required to do frequent lifting of 15-20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
Satisfactory performance and attendance are required.
