As a Pharmaceutical Representative in the West and East Flanders area, you will report to a Sales Manager and your objectives will be to : + Manage and support the customer portfolio in your geographical area + Develop the brand's market share and visibility in your area + Prospect for new sales outlets COMMERCIAL + Prepare your visits + Visit and manage the pharmacies and parapharmacies in your area on a daily basis to take orders + Promote our products + Prospect and win new customers in your area + Help ensure proper collection of orders + Ensure the best visibility for the brand SELL OUT + Negotiate additional visibility according to the activations and priorities of the marketing plan and/or negotiated agreements via the tools made available (ruler, display, planogram, TG kit, etc.) + Ensure the correct representation of the range on the shelf (compliance with planograms, etc.) + Ensure the impact of challenges and assist with their implementation + Organize Filorga events with the pharmacy team. TRAINING and EVENTS + Train and advise pharmacy teams on the use of products. + Organize events with pharmacy teams. ANALYSIS/REPORTING + Analyze your activity to improve the monitoring and development of sales in your sector. + Feed back information: reporting, competitive intelligence, etc. + Ensure daily qualitative reporting + Identify the potential and specific needs of your customers in order to recommend actions to be taken. **Skills required:** If you have one or more years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years' field experience in a similar position, then join us!
