You will support the organizational and administrative tasks of the Pharma Business Unit under the guidance of a Team Support Specialist with a focus on managing congresses and professional events.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Event Management
Prepare and organize congress participations and professional eventsManage end-to-end processes for events in the 1 CRM system (ensuring compliance requirements)Collaborate with third-party event and congress organizersCreate purchase orders and handle agreements related to events2. Compliance Documentation & Reporting
Maintain documentation for internal and external audit requirementsCollect and prepare data for authority submissions (National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy (NCPHP))Ensure systematic organization of compliance documentation (transparency statements, e-sign documents, performance certificates)Monitor and validate financial documentation3. Administrative Support
Manage partners/HCPs dataAdminister and obtain approvals for physicians' congress participationHandle congress registrations, travel arrangements, and accommodationsLiaise with partners/suppliers (HCPs, creative agencies, printing companies)Request creation/modification of suppliersSupport colleagues with daily operational tasksAbout You
Essential Competencies:
Native level Hungarian language proficiencyEnglish language skills - minimum intermediate level (written and verbal communication)Ongoing university studies (active student status)Min. 25 -hour availability/weekProficient use of Microsoft 365/MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) applicationsExperience in an office environmentProactive work approach and agile mindsetPrecision, reliability, and ability to work independentlyDesirable Competencies:
