The Position
We are looking for an Events Management Trainee to support the sales force in Portugal and UK in all compliance matters related with events managements, specifically in:
Responsibilities
Sales & Project Support
Support the planning and execution of sales events, including coordination with agencies and suppliers, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, materials, and follow-up tasks. Ensure all events are aligned with brand strategy and fully compliant with internal procedures and local regulations.Help monitor sales activities and materials in accordance with local regulations, supporting the team with administrative tasks related to Infarmed’s reporting requirements.Participate in the organization of internal meetings and company initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and preparation of supporting materials.Provide general administrative support, including assistance with purchase orders (POs), Non-POs, and processing of credit card transactions.Support the distribution and management of marketing materials to the sales team.Documentation & Filing
General support in:
Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files to ensure documents are secure, well-organized, and easy to find.Helping prepare, edit, and file contracts, forms, and other documents, making sure they are accurate and meet company standards.Assisting teams in keeping records up to date and in line with company policies and rules.Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Degree (superior or technical) in Executive or Administrative Assistant, Pharma, Life Sciences or similarProficiency in EnglishStrong communication skills (both written and spoken);Excellence in time and priorities management;Problem solving mindset, being dynamic and proactive in proposing solutionsAnalytical skills with focus on detailsAbility to work in a collaborative environment, in a team/cross-functional environment.Promote Organon culture and be an example of Organon values.Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
1 Year of work experience - preferredVeeva CRM knowledge – preferred;SAP knowledge - preferred;Knowledge on compliance standards related with pharma industry is a plus.Secondary Job Description
