As a Distribution Center Director, you'll oversee all aspects of the distribution center's operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, transportation, and logistics, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Operational Leadership\:Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution. Oversee the overall operations of the distribution center, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods in and out of the facility. Manage warehouse and inventory operations to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory management. Monitor operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

 

Team Management\:Lead and manage the distribution team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Develop and mentor logistics team members and support the organizational culture. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

 

Logistics and Supply Chain\:Establish and maintain relationships with logistics providers and carriers. Manage budgets and metrics for supply chain operations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

 

Others\:Stay close to customers to deliver tailored supply Chain and improve customer experienceExtend our logistic scope to cover projects/solutions and services for all business in the country
